Wind Teen Octavia delivers a powerful speech at her high school commencement

Share one teen's moment of triumph as valedictorian at her high school graduation. Octavia, a young woman experiencing homelessness, spent most nights during her senior year of high school at the Wind shelter. This remarkable young woman was an honor student and star athlete, and with the support of Wind staff, was able to graduate from high school and to attend CSU Sacramento. [Video]
