Program Overview WIND Youth Services and the programs provided are built on the mission to provide a safe environment and access to resources that help homeless youth move from crisis to healthy functioning and independence. It is WIND's goal to channel the energy of the youth we serve in to activities and learning experiences that develop healing, caring support networks, and develop their gifts and talents to build self-confidence and self-sufficiency.
