Outreach Program

WIND Outreach teams are an important link in our service continuum. The outreach teams are the ones who go out on the street and build the relationship with the youth, adults who may be in their lives, business owners, law enforcement, and other service providers. Sometimes it takes months for a youth to trust our staff enough to come to the Center. Many times, we provide the case management, food and crisis intervention on the streets. It is through this connection with the outreach teams that a youth can take that first step towards receiving the help necessary to leave the streets.
