WIND Youth Services has immediate opportunities available for group volunteers such as bringing in meals to the emergency shelter or day center as well as cooking meals at the emergency shelter. Other opportunities exist for nurses to staff the Day Center on a daily basis to work directly with the homeless youth. As a prospective ongoing volunteer you will need to go through a formal interview and application process in addition to a fingerprint background check that is required due to licensing regulations. There are no other volunteer opportunities available at this time. Completed applications can be submitted via fax to (916) 641-5571 or mailed to:
